how to manage your time?

Money can buy you anything you want,(it doesn’t mean that money is necessary to achieve what you want) as someone said,”Money may not buy happiness,but I’d rather cry in a Jaguar than on a bus” .But there is one thing that money can’t buy, which is Time.
Time is something we deal with every day ,and something that everyone thinks they understand ,and there is also some people that thinks they can 100% control It , but many people these days have lost their control, due to (in my opinion) technology.
I’m not saying that technology is a bad thing , or it’s the only reason why we can’t control our time, but i’m saying that technology is one of the main causes to miss controlling your time.
Anyway let’s get straight to the subject ,most of the people who has problems controlling their time ,are basically students like me ,an 18 or 19 or… student who is probably failing in school or college or whatever ,a student who has no idea about what should he do ,because he’s still young , or maybe you are just a random guy who doesn’t know how to control his time .
So, I can easily copy some texts from other websites and tell you that I’m the one who did write all of that, but the problem is , those things never helped me and i don’t think they will help you ,all they say is ,”write your priorities “,”use this lovely app”,”make a schedule” …
I’m not telling you that these things won’t help you , but I think that I’m sure that they won’t help you
These steps that I’m about to tell you worked for me and I hope they work for you too…
1st step : Believe in yourself

this step is basically the main step to solve any problem ,because you need to believe that you are able to do anything you want ,and in this case ,you must believe that you can control your time ,because you are the one who’s responsible of his life ,and also you are the only one that can control It ,so you need to believe in yourself and convince yourself that you are going to control your time
2nd step : know your problem

I can say that this part is the hard one, because sometimes It’s hard to know your problem ,you’ll be like : “where the fuck my time goes” or “what do I do all the day “…
This step is hard to explain and this post is already too big , so I’m going to leave It for another time (a couple days maybe)
3rd step : Fix the problem
In my situation my problems as I thought was my phone ,or you can say technology in general ,I was convinced that I use my phone a lot and I don’t study as I should ,but, after a while I realized that the phone wasn’t the problem, the problem was the way I used my phone ,which means the problem was me,so instead of selling my phone or just throw It away ,I did keep It, and I started my fight. I used to put my books and my phone next to each other and say (pointing to my phone) ,”You are the reason why I failed and I won’t let you do It again ” , I kept saying this for like 2 months and then I stopped saying It ,because I didn’t need to
The point is , whatever your problem is , I want you to keep It ,and fight It ,because if you didn’t ,you will always have fear from that problem
Now if you are a student I just want to tell you not to panic or be angry or sad … because people make mistakes but only smart people who learn from their mistakes
